Hao Min obtained his doctoral degree from Fudan University in 1991 and has served as Director of the State Key Laboratory of ASIC and System, Fudan University since 1999. He is also General Manager of Huahong Integrated Circuit Design Co., Ltd., a member of the Specialist Committee of the “863 Program” and a senior member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics.

Currently he is President & General Manager of Shanghai Quanrary Electronics Co., Ltd.
